McGregor was arrested and charged with robbery and criminal mischief after being accused of taking Abdirzak’s phone after the 22-year-old attempted to take a photograph of him outside a Miami Beach nightclub at 5am.

According to the arrest report, McGregor and Abdirzak were exiting the Fontainebleau hotel — which houses LIV nightclub — when the incident occurred.

In a video released by TMZ, Abdirzak has given his version of events.
